        Details

        PLEASE RESERVE AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

        Deposit:
        Once we agree and accept the booking, we do require a NON REFUNDABLE $75.00 deposit for frozen treats packages, $35.00 deposit fee required for Cotton Candy that will be applied to the final invoice balance.

        Payment:
        We accept cash, Venmo or Zelle, and credit card - a 3.5 % may be applied. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, PLEASE. Full payment must be made 2 days before your event takes place.

        Cancellation:
        You may cancel the event 7 days prior the event for full refund. If the booking is cancelled afterwards, the deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

        Travel:
        TRAVEL FEE OF $40.00 WILL APPLY IF THE EVENT IS LOCATED OVER 10 MILES AWAY FROM 77493 ZIP CODE. OVER 20 MILES, prices may vary.

        Set Up Time- Early arrival & set up and Breakdown

        For Cotton Candy, Croffles or Waffles we arrive no more than 45 minutes prior to the serving time, early set ups and early breakdowns are subject to an early set up and/or break down fee or idle fee. For frozen treats, arrival time for set up is 1.5 hours prior serving time, if it's required to arrive prior to the event starting time, there will be an early set up fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
